Delivery Policy
As a London based company, we at Class Instrumentation LTD enjoy having a wide customer base across the whole world. We believe that our international customers shouldn’t suffer because of the distance between themselves and us, which is why we NEVER charge additional delivery fees for our end-user customers, no matter where they are in the world. We believe you cannot put a price on company consumer relationships.
Please note – we do not extend this offer with any other discounts. If you are in doubt whether you will be charged or not please contact us with any enquiries.
We want our customers to feel confident that when they purchase our units, they will arrive safely and quickly. We have chosen DHL as our courier service, as they are trusted and respected worldwide, to give every customer peace of mind, as well as ourselves.
How long will delivery take?
All orders placed with us before 6 PM will usually be dispatched the following day on the WorldWide Express Service.
All UK deliveries are next day delivery.
As soon as your order has been processed, we will advise you of the expected delivery date of your products and provide tracking information for your delivery as soon as it is dispatched.
How can I track my delivery?
You can track your delivery status by using your DHL tracking number supplied in the Despatch Notification email we send you.
- First, go to http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html
- Enter your DHL tracking number in the box and click submit.
- The current status of your order will appear on the screen. Click on the red arrow (next to your tracking number) to see all previous status information.
What do I do if I miss my delivery?
Because of the value of the goods being delivered, a signature will be required to accept delivery. In the event you are unable to sign for your product, you can re-arrange delivery with DHL.
The small print
We are only able to deliver to street addresses, DHL will not accept a PO Box Destination. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day on the basis that remittance has been received by our bank and that the stock is available.
